D5 grips are designed for hauling applications where the cable is hauled to a fixed position with one eye, and then attached to that position with the other eye, in corrosive or marine environments.
  They have soft eyes for fitting in tight spaces, are made from the toughest 316 grade stainless steel wire, and are swaged with copper ferrules.
  They have a slimline design to reduce snagging, and all protruding wires are covered with heat shrink to protect the operators hands.
