O4 – gal & copper, thimble eye
O4 grips are designed for load restraint applications where a thimble is needed to protect the eye from wear and tear in underground mining environments, where aluminium alloy ferrules are not permitted.
O4 grips are able to be slid into position on the midsection of a cable. They are made from durable 2070 grade galvanised wire, and are swaged with a copper ferrule.
They have a slimline design to reduce snagging, and all protruding wires are covered with heat shrink to protect the operators hands.
